DESCRIPTION:Your heart suddenly beats faster\, and your blood pressure rises exponentially. It could be a health issue. Or possibly\, you may have heard your name mentioned in connection with “an EEO case.” As the much-repeated saying goes: We fear what we don’t understand. This class aims to lessen the fear by providing you with a full description of the supervisor’s role during each stage of the EEO process. \nFor attorneys\, EEO specialists\, managers\, and others\, this engaging and interactive class will give you keen insight into how best to advise supervisors through the process. The critical role supervisors play in EEO counseling\, investigator interrogatories\, settlement discussions\, depositions\, and hearings will be explained. Attendee participation in scenario-based discussions and workshops is an important component of this program.
